Position title
Software QA Analyst

The person to fill this position will be responsible to define and provide the procedures, tools and also the measures for testing all the aspects of our software solutions, both functionally and technically, in order to meet the requirements and overall quality of the intended solutions.


This person is responsible for creating an end-to-end test plan; executing the plan and managing all activities in the plan to ensure that all the objectives are met and that the solution works as expected. The solution should be tested in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility with other external systems.

To make sure that testing is well defined, planned and executed, the QA person is ensuring that every phase and feature of the software solution is tested and that any potential issue is identified and fixed before the product goes live.

  • Clear communicator (written and verbal) – to ensure ability to write test plans and test cases and to communicate bugs to developers and other stakeholders
  • Creative solving of technical problems – to ensure the ability translate technical requirements into clear, concise detail-oriented test plans/cases
  • Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables – to ensure quick identification of defects and bugs and fast resolution
  • Ability to think abstract – to ensure ability to not conform to the norm. Norms do not find bugs quickly.
  • BS or BA degree preferred
  • 3+ yr. experience in Software Quality Management and Processes
  • Knowledge and experience in technical aspects of software solutions – Front-end & Back-End
  • Business process understanding
